What's the Creative Economy? Glad you asked. Basically, the idea is that people don't choose where they live based solely on where they can get a job, but based on a town's more creative aspects relating to quality of life. So, if we want to grow and improve our community, we have to commit to improving things like cultural arts, diversity, education and other community amenities. One step in doing this: connecting people. Friday Night sizzle, I imagine, will be kind of like BASE. No expectations or agenda. Just cool people thinking up cool ideas.
